How coaching works

  • Sessions will last an hour and are either face to face or over the telephone.
  • It’s good to start with 4 sessions but some like to see if coaching is for them so a one off session can be arranged.
  • Enjoy the process, keep an open mind, be receptive to whatever comes up and write it down [ even if it makes no sense] This is not the time to be judging  yourself or criticising.
  • By raising your self awareness you hold the vital key that will unlock the door to a continuious journey towards self improvement where you can wonder at the magnitude of what can be achieved.
  • Stop relying on willpower. Feel guided, supported and naturally pulled towards what you want.
  • Stop pushing and start rolling
