  • The main differences between coaching and councilling or mentoring or teaching is that coaching is forward thinking, action taking, positive approach to a situation.
  • Coaches aren’t the expert in the situation – You are.
  • I won’t give you advice or tell you what to do.
  • Coaches expect you to take action. It’s not about talking around the issue. It’s about taking action. If you are not willing to improve your current situation then coaching isn’t right for you at the moment.
